I actually had fun at the dentist. Office staff super friendly and hit it off splendidly with the Doc. I don't get dental visit anxiety but if I did this would have set me at ease. He was super personable, spent a lot of time, and he offered to shave down some uneven/ridged teeth at my cleaning that had been driving me mental for YEARS.
Did some thorough xrays as I haven't been in about a decade, and the hygienist was sweet & apologetic about the whole process, which was annoying but really not that bad. I talked to the receptionist about our dogs for another 20 minutes on the way out the door. It's like the twilight zone what a positive experience this place was.

I have always been so afraid of the dentist but Dr. Motola and his staff have been so wonderful. I expressed concern and nervousness at my cleaning and the assistant was so nice. She showed me everything she’d be using and told me what she was going to do before she did it. When I went for my cavity filling I was just as nervous and expressed this to Dr. Motola as well.
He was beyond caring and so incredibly nice during the whole appointment, he really eased my anxiety. Very friendly as well. I will always be a little nervous but I know that I’m in good hands. I highly recommend the office. Front desk is very nice too and it’s easy to make appointments.

Dr matolia is an amazing dentist. The whole staff was so nice and professional. The doctor is amazingly talented and did such a good job on my teeth. He also always keeps your pain in mind. I was not in any pain the entire procedure I would recommend this dentist 100% to anybody. I’ve always had a hard time finding a good dentist his work and bedside manner is amazing.

My son has gone to him for 10-12 years since he was a toddler. And for years it’s been great. The last couple of years things changed. They would say things that ins was not paying for but yet the ins company said opposite. But what has me so upset is that yes my son has had cavities but they get very nasty and say things that are not true by the way he eats. . no matter what I say they don’t listen.
I asked if this was genetic and he said no. Last year when we went (we would come when visiting from our home state) he said ok brush better and you have a cavity so I said ok we are going back home and I will find a dentist there because since this office is closed most of the week we would not be here to fill this cavity. So I found a dentist here at home and could not believe my ears. They mentioned all these issues so I went for a second and third opinion and all said the same. This did not happen in a month, 6 or a year even. They were all in shock that the previous dentist did not say a word. I was too.
My son has a lot a head of him and this will cost me over $10,000 above insurance. I am still in shock and so very upset over this. I called them weeks ago, sent over everything as requested and have not hear back. I called a few times but have not received a call yet. Reading so many other comments that are similar.
