I am extremely phobic and haven't visited a dentist in over 20 years. I've had a few BAD experiences. On a recommendation I went to Harmony. They went very slow and explained every step. They make sure I am at ease before anything is done. I will be a patient here as long as possible! Highly recommend everyone on staff. They are kind and caring!

I am so happy with my smile and the team at Harmony Dental. Erin the office manager & EFDA, as well as Dr. Steve are making sure my teeth are healthy and esthetically, exactly how I want them to look. Erin answered all of my questions about my new whitening trays and polished my teeth to perfection. Dr.

Steve has fit me for a night guard and crowned two of my teeth. I am very happy to be a patient at Harmony. It’s great to be able to go to one practice that’s the best of both worlds.

Update: The doctor called me to address my appointment and got me rescheduled for a time that works for my schedule. They were very responsive to my issue and my teeth are now clean! I’ve been going to this practice for 7+ years. It has changed hands at least 3 times in that span and this current practice management is by far the worst. The front desk staff is rude and not helpful.

I was enroute to my appointment and got stuck in school traffic behind a bus. I called to give them a heads up I’d be 10 minutes late and they told me not to come. I have never been late before and I have never been taken back for my appointment on time when my appointment was scheduled. So if you expect your patients to wait at least 10 minutes in your waiting room, as has always been my experience, why was I denied care? Then they proceeded to try and reschedule when I told them I was driving and could not look at my calendar.

Then they told me they don’t have appointments past 2:20 when appointment was at 3 their hours are absolutely ridiculous now. I’m just disappointed with the ways this practice has changed you can tell they care a lot less than past owners.
