Excellent! Everyone was kind & friendly, from the front desk to the dentist. The hygienist especially did a great job of putting my little one at ease. It was his first dental visit & he was nervous, but it was a positive experience. The place seemed clean & we had minimal wait time.

We've been to Harrisonburg Pediatric Dentistry 3 times so far, and it's been a great experience. The first time, our 8-year-old was so nervous, I wasn't sure how they were going to finish the procedure. They actually stopped and left the room for a few minutes to let me decide whether to finish the same day or come back another day. We decided to come back another day and finish up with the help of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and her best friend to hold her hand. The whole time, during both visits, they told her exactly what was coming next, took her seriously (even when I thought she might be exaggerating her pain), and invited her to talk about her fears and ask questions. This 3rd visit was a breeze.

I think because they built trust with her, she was so much more relaxed about the visit. We were in and out in a few minutes. Apparently they know what they're doing when it comes to kids' dentistry. I just read this review to my daughter, and she says it sounds about right. :)

The staff members here were amazing. They worked us into the schedule to accommodate an emergency procedure and were so caring and kind to our child.

The procedure was fast and done with great skill, communication during the whole session was amazing, and their staff went out of their way to keep our whole family up to date and calm. We are so thankful for the support they displayed throughout our time there!
