This place does not know who to manage time. My husband needed a root canal, they wanted him to come 4 different days. First appointment just did an exam and xrays second only took out part of the root due to not enough time. Then come back 2.

5 weeks latter to take out the rest and then come back again to do the filling and then back again for the crown. I have never heard of a dentist doing this. Reception even admitted over the phone that there was never enough time to do the procedure.

I have been coming to this dental office for over a year now for all my dental concerns and i am highly satisfied. My dental hygienist, who did my dental cleaning was exceptional. She welcomed me warmly and made sure to ask if I had any specific concerns before starting the cleaning. Throughout the procedure, she was gentle and attentive, explaining each step as she went along.

This level of communication helped me understand what to expect and made the experience much more pleasant. Overall, my visit to Hawthorne dental was really pleasant. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled dental team.

I cannot say enough about my experience at this clinic. Last summer I had an emergency was referred by a friend, and was seen right away. Since that time I have had a number of procedures, including a dental implant. Dr Sarna is exceptional, explained everything throughout the process, and reassured me so that I was comfortable every step of the way. Over the last few months I have come in contact with many of the dental assistants and they have all been fabulous and so caring.

Today I got my tooth and I can’t believe how natural it looks. Thank you Dr. Sarna for your care, I can confidently smile again!! Overall this is a very professional practice, with caring staff who make you feel at ease. They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience!
