Dr. Hayden and her team make me feel valued. I had the best experience with the dental hygienist, Kenisha (I apologize if I spelled your name incorrectly), she took her time to educate me regarding dental care and explain the "why". Her passion was apparent for her profession. Dr. Hayden took her time to explain to me the "why". She is a true professional.

I do not remember the name of the team member upon leaving, at the front desk, but she is always kind and helpful in providing the dental insurance estimate. When I have had dental procedures with them in the past, Dr. Hayden always make sure that my pain is managed. I appreciate Dr. Hayden and her team. They decrease the level of anxiety for me when I visit. You are the best! Thank you for the compassionate and quality patient care that you provide!

Great to work with. She's very concerned about quality of materials and care. I’ve been going to Dr. Hayden for over 10 years. Some of her staff have been with her for the same length of time.

She’s easy to talk to and open. If you look at Cincinnati magazines list of the best dentists, you’ll find her listed. She genuinely cares about her patients plus she laughs at my jokes. I wouldn’t begin to consider switching to someone else.

Dr. Hayden and her whole staff are very professional yet very personal. They take the time to make sure that you our well taken care of. I called this weekend with a bad toothache on Monday and on Tuesday Dr. Hayden had me in her office where they helped me identify what was causing the toothache. They gave the tooth special treatment and I feel 100% better now. Dr. Hayden has been professional from day one.

She really goes out of her way to try to help. I recently moved from one side of town to the other side of town, which makes distance a great deal for me so I needed to find a dentist in my new area where I live now. I thought I found one, but I was wrong. They just about messed up my mouth and I came back to Dr. Hayden where I had been a client for many years. . She examined my mouth. She took x-rays to let me see what was going on.

Explained what needed to be done followed, me through to the next step which was seeing a Periodontist that she recommended. They have a very good working relationship so she knows exactly what’s going on. Everything is working out on schedule and as of this January we should be finished with the whole process. Dr. Hayden works her miracles and I appreciate her so much and her staff go see her you won’t be sorry.

Update 6/23/25 - Had my second visit with Dr. Hayden's office and it was just as great as the first one. Melissa was unavailable to do my cleaning so Dr. Hayden herself performed my cleaning. I was brought back right on time, and the visit was as enjoyable as teeth cleanings can possibly be! Haha! They even helped me make a new appointment for my husband, who wants to come for the first time, which was also quick and easy. I highly recommend Dr.

Hayden and her team. This was my first appt with Dr. Hayden’s practice and it was better than I expected! I’m thrilled to have found a team and dentist close to home with such exceptional service. My hygienist, Melissa, was fantastic and was very informative while taking the time to learn more about me and the things important to me in my life! I’m excited for many more years to come as a patient here and am confident that any dental need that arises will be addressed expertly and efficiently.
