I had a appointment @9AM & the doors were LOCKED. I wait to see if anyone would come up to unlock the door but no one did so I proceed to my car & look up the hours. It says they open at 9:30AM so I’m thinking my appointment for 9AM is a typo. I’m seeing staff walking in preparation to clock in for there shift & it still looks dim in the office.

I walk in at 9:30 since the doors were locked when I came at 9AM and I proceeded to check in. The front desk told me I was late. I explained the doors were locked and the nurse implied she walked up from her car to unlock the door. How was “I” a customer… supposed to know that when it looks like everyone is coming in to clock in for there shift.

NOW I have to wait to get my extraction done at 3PM due to them being unprofessional. I’ve been waiting to get this done for a month and 2 weeks. When I got it checked out 2 weeks ago I couldn’t get it extracted which is fine but the doctor didn’t even give me enough medication until my appointment for my pain.

They are so caring , professional and easy going . I was terrified to come . Changed my appointment multiple times. The dentist came in and calm me with his his voice then just popped my tooth out with zero pain. He gets 10 out of 5 lol. The absolute best dentist ever!!!

Very horrible experience my first and last time! i scheduled my appointment about a month ago and i provided them my insurance, when i get to the appointment I’m told they don’t take my insurance while they already took my cards and sat me down to fill out paperwork and i was confused because i been provided them the information. I chose to do self pay because i took off of work and wanted to still be seen. I felt like my visit was very rushed even though I payed out of pocket and once i left i realized one of my bottom teeth looked chipped.

I called back and left a voicemail and have yet to get a response or a call back. I’ve called back and number of times to this office as well as another office and have yet to get a call back despite the number of time i called and expressed concern. This company is very unprofessional

The front desk was nice and everything seemed to be fast and efficient; however, the doctor I had was extremely harsh in cleaning in my teeth, nicking me at least 5 times. I bled right after. It was so rushed, the doctor wasn’t personable at all. My meeting with her was uncomfortable as an understatement. I will be coming back to this dentistry, but under a different doctor.
