Disappointed and Upset I am extremely disappointed with the care my daughter received at Hello Dental. She went in for a simple filling, but unfortunately, they caused more harm than good. Not only did they damage her tooth, but they also placed a silver crown that looks awful and doesn't match her natural teeth. As a parent, it’s heartbreaking to see my little girl in so much pain after the procedure.

We are very upset about how it looks, and it’s been a tough experience for my family. What makes this situation even worse is the fact that I was told there were no other options, but after seeking second opinions from other dentists, it turns out that her tooth could be fixed. Unfortunately, the cost is too high, and my insurance doesn’t cover it. I trusted Hello Dental to take care of my daughter, and this experience has left me feeling frustrated and upset.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate dental care. My daughter deserves better, and so do others.

I switched to Hello Dental and could not be happier! Dr Nam gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had! The staff is so nice and the office is modern and clean! It is kid/family friendly! Highly recommend!
