Hempfield Dental Care is my go-to for consistent, high-quality dental care. I’ve been a patient for 7 years, and Dr. Graham’s attention to detail never disappoints—whether it’s a routine cleaning or a filling, he ensures comfort and precision. The hygienists are friendly and thorough, always taking time to explain oral health tips. The office has a welcoming, community feel, with a clean waiting area and flexible scheduling that fits my busy work hours.

They’re great with insurance, avoiding surprise bills, and even offer reminders for appointments. What I appreciate most? They remember little things, like my preference for a certain numbing gel. It’s dental care that feels like a partnership—truly top-notch.

They were able to fit me in the next morning for an emergency (which was great). The dentists and assistants are very courteous and professional. I wish I could say the same about the front office staff. They are unprofessional and act like they don't want to be there. I called with questions twice (To set up a follow up appointment and a question regarding the antibiotic they put me on). Both times, when I was near the end of my conversation with them, they hung up on me. Basically, when they want to end the conversation, they just hang up on you.

No thank you, have a nice day, or do you have any other questions. Extremely unprofessional especially when I paid over $600 for an extraction. It's important to have good people being the first contact for a new client, and they don't have that. I never felt welcomed by them on the phone or in person. If they had a better front office staff, this place would be fantastic.

Jayde Proctor

Dr. Durante is easily 5 stars! He is patient, listens and has great chairside manner. Olivia, is a great assistant and works seamlessly with the doctor. They are an awesome team. I'm comfortable before and during the appointment. The hygienist deserves equal praise! The front office could improve. They are not always welcoming, personable or speak in a tone that shows respect. They come off too busy, too rushed or too impatient to be bothered.

I was NOT greeted with a "hello or hi. " Last visit the person didn't even glance my way, just asked my name while continuing to look at her computer and said "you can have a seat!" My husband and neighbor (who reffered us) have noticed similar behavior. I know what it's like to be busy ( I have worked in dentistry over 20 years. ) Patients should be the priority. Saying "hello," is the bare minimum and a courtesy that should be given to every patient. When my husband scheduled a next day appointment he wasn't informed Dr. Scott wouldn't be his dentist that day. So when the dentist walked in he was surprised.

I want to mention the front desk is very good at responding promptly and efficiently to text messaging; I appreciate that. 3. 5 stars for the overall experience. The Doctor and Clinical team are a solid. The front desk needs work. I have and will continue to refer to this practice because the clinical team performance meets or exceeds my expectation.
