I can’t possibly say enough good things about this place! I was referred by my surgeon as I needed a Root Canal before another procedure. I have a strong fear of dental work but from the first phone call, to the walking in the door, the experience couldn’t have been better. Reception was kind and the dentist and assistant did great.

They eased my anxiety through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience.

Went to my dentist who diagnosed I needed a Root Canal. They referred me to Lancaster Endodontics. They contacted me later that day to get me in for an appointment. Procedure was performed in a little over an hour. Dr. Parente and his entire staff were excellent. I had previous root canals that were painful and took several visits. This was done in one procedure and basically pain free.

I went for a Root Canal on a tooth that was done about 3 years ago by a different doctor.I remember it to have been horrible and painful. I was not looking forward to going through that again because the same tooth had to be done again. My experience with Dr Parente was completely different. I experienced very little pain at all. He and the staff are very friendly and professional.

Almost 5, certainly a 4++. Contact confirmation is where roots could be more effective, YET such notwithstanding, the dental expertise, the effectiveness of techniques, and the support of patients are at the 5 stars. First encounter was a consult with clear communication and replies to patient's queries. Likewise, at this time, the financials were well explained. Second encounter was the procedure, where/when Dr. Parente and helper Jessie worked well as a professional team, with both sensitive to this patient’s concerns and ease.

While Dr. Parente does speak quickly, even behind a mask, his words are re-assuring, as well as directive for future care…listen closely and follow exactly. This has been my 10th dental professional since age 8. This was again a great recommendation and an excellent encounter in my oral advetures. While I hope I need not return for care, I am assured that it would be the best to date.
