I don't normally write reviews but I honestly feel like it is my duty to warn parents about this place. The office is DISGUSTING and not very child friendly at all. The dentist reprimanded her staff several times while we were there and suggested the highest intervention option for our issue - involving giving a 15 month old an X-ray. We will never return to that place and I suggest you find a different practice to care for your children.

Pictures included of the floor which was covered in very nasty old fluid stains, a trashcan that was overflowing (with the lid open, which I closed upon entering), and a hodge podge of random items stuck up on top of the cabinet in the exam room. There is absolutely nothing child friendly about this place.

1st appointment for fillings was told date and time to come but appt was never entered in computer. Dr Kearney gave us a gas card for the mistake. 2nd appt was scheduled for 930 was called at 8 to reschedule said they could still see her that same so rescheduled for 1230 at 145 was still not seen. Rescheduled again.

Hopefully 3rd time will be the charm. Only giving a 3 at this point bc the staff are super nice. But I am getting frustrated missing time from work and not getting her appointments done.

I've been coming here My oldest son's entire life He is 19 Some pediatric places take them until 18 some till 19 some till 21, but he has been seen since he's 18 and again he was seen at 19 and he had an appointment for tomorrow along with his little brother ( let me also add that both of my children have autism Not that that's the biggest difference in the world ) They call me and leave a message The day before his appointment and tell me we're canceling his appointment because he's 19 and we're just not going to see him anymore. . . This is after they seen him at 18 they've seen him at 19 and not one single person has said to me hey he has aged out They just not only continue to see him They continue to make appointments and then they can't see him once more for tomorrow and then just tell me "hey after today you're going to need to find a new dentist because unfortunately we forgot to tell you that we can't see people of his age" .

I think that would have been the appropriate way to handle this considering they're the ones who know this information and do not give this to me so at this point I'm assuming there are a place that takes them until 21 because I have not been notified otherwise, and now that he's due to be seen it's ' you're out of luck we're canceling can't see him anymore'. I call I'm just told, "I'm not sure why they kept seeing him or kept scheduling him but yeah we can't see them after the age of 18 So the faster you call another dentist the faster you'll be seen". To say I'm upset is a little bit of an understatement, I think this could have been handled differently for sure. Otherwise overall experience had been great for my oldest and okay for my youngest.

I'm editing to say that Dr. Kearney did personally call me and offer a solution to the way this was handled which Is appreciated and it ended up being handled exactly how it I feel it should have been so I also added a star because they are a good practice overall and the fact that she quickly handled my concern is admirable.
