My husband had been dealing with another dental office and they failed him completely, wasting several months. One phone call to Roberson Family Dentistry and Beverly was setting the appoinment. Dr. Roberson was phenomenal in communicating the plan of care and getting it done. Less than 3 weeks later, all is well!! Thanks, guys!! You ROCK!

I'm very saddened by the fact that people are trying to ruin someone's business for the poor decision of one of its employees. This astounds me. The review with the photos are not even the employee in question. Dr. Roberson has assisted so many people when they were down and even ones that couldn't sleep well. For the life of me, I don't get it.

Some of you "reviewers" seem to have so much time on your hands as to leave 15,000+ reviews! We can see that, y'all. Most of these one star reviews some from another state. Yes, we can see that, too, y'all. Unless you have done business with this dental office, I say you probably should bug off. Peace out.

Just a little background, I live in Texas and flew in on a Sunday to work at one of the local Henderson plants for the week. Eating dinner on Sunday my crown came off and broke. Monday morning I called several places trying to find someone that could either give me a temporary or a permanent crown same day.

I got in touch with Roberson Family Dentistry around 8:30am and had an appointment booked for 11:45am. When I talked to Dr Roberson he thought the best course of action would be to get a permanent the same day instead of doing a temporary then having to go through the process of getting a permanent when I got home the following week. The only problem is Dr Roberson does not do permanent crowns same day but between him and the front office administrator, sorry I’m horrible with names but still wanted to give her shout out because she was a joy to work with, they found someone at a different dentistry that could do a permanent crown the same day.

For a person to not only do the best for their customer but to set up an appointment at a competitor speaks volumes about their character as a person and values as a business owner. I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed a trip to the dentist. I just wanted to thank everyone from Roberson Family Dentistry, y’all went above and beyond!!

Campayn

This dentist office is my favorite around. So easy going, never feel like they are in a rush to get you out, and always have enough time to talk. Very gentle with the instruments used for dental work. The staff is my favorite part, amazing to work with and they treat everyone so kindly! Would highly recommend for anyone who likes to be treated as if they were family 😃 10/10 highly recommend.
