I went here for a cleaning and check up a few years ago and waas falsely told had a cracked tooth and needed a filling. This was not true as I had gotten a second opinion from my regular dentist at the time and did not need any fillings as had no cavities nor any cracked tooth. This led me to not trust this dentist at all as believe falsely diagnosed me in order to try to make money. I would not return to him and. had stopped my Care Credit payment for the xhrk up part of the visit. I wonder how many others he false diagnosis which is setious to fill a tooth that is perfectly fine or reoair a tooth which is not cracked as he trued to do with me but I outsnarted him.

His office assistant tried to fight with me for full payment ating it was his diagnisus whether I agree or not. I titally diagrre . It was an untrue and false diagnosis . One from a dentist is to be the truth if he is to be trusted. Be ware of this office.

I went to Dr. Cohn because I needed a tooth extraction. It was a very positive experience. I needed to be sedated for the procedure because I can't take local anesthesia. I felt no discomfort and was very well taken care of by Dr. Cohn and his assistant. Thank you for making this experience as easy as possible!

Fran asked for my husband social security # and because she said she needed it to make a appt. come to find out she wasn’t in the office when she told down all our confidential info. After the fact. I thinks that’s illegal. I didn’t say anything then because what could I do after the fact. Then, say if appt its been snowing for days and we had an emergency and couldn’t make it to our appointment so we call and she gets nasty talking about a fee to reschedule.

I know it wasn’t ideal but how do you think we feel. And office is open that day until 2pm with or without us so I don’t understand. We will 100% not be rescheduling with this dentist and his rude secretary. And reading all these other reviews I’m thankful we dodge a bullet.
