To start off it’s the dental office in the sixth floor, the reception was awful. I went with my mother they were very rude talking between themselves and not at all paying attention. It took ten minutes for them to notice us.

I literally had to talk loudly for them to finally break conversation and listen and they literally ignore mid conversation or when you ask questions. The doctors and attendants were nice and very efficient it’s just sucks that they could have had a very good review if it weren’t for the reception and ignoring my mother.

I’ve been going to Brilliant Dental for over 6 years now, and I can honestly say it’s been such a great experience from the very beginning. I first came in for regular cleanings — the staff were always super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The hygienists were detailed and gentle, and I really appreciated how quick and smooth every visit was. About two years ago, I decided to start Invisalign with Dr. Yeh — and I only wish I had done it sooner! He created a plan that really worked for me, and the difference in my smile is incredible.

I no longer feel like I have to cover my mouth when I laugh or smile, which has been a huge confidence boost. Also, the price was very fair compared to other places I looked into, which made the decision even easier. I’m really glad I stuck with Brilliant Dental and had Dr. Yeh guiding me through the whole process. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist you can trust!
