finally I found a dental office that really cares about it's patients and explains everything to you in great detail. no hidden fees and right up front you know what the bill will be. I had a tooth removed where other dentists wanted a root canal. after I saw Heresi they recommended extracting the tooth.

after he removed the tooth he showed me why a root canal would not have worked due to the tooth being cracked at the roots. thanks for the great service from the dentist to all members of the staff. mark

Very Disappointed! I called Heresi Dental in need of a same day emergency extraction. I gave them my insurance information and they confirmed they would see me. The conversation I had with the receptionist lead me to believe that they are "In Network". However they were not and I feel like this information should have been relayed to me over the phone. While I understand it is my responsibility to check, I was in tremendous pain that day and just wanted to get the affected tooth out.

I show up for my appointment and still no mention of them not being "In Network" for my insurance. Long story short the trip costed me over $1700 out of pocket because my insurance only covered $250. I have also spoken with 2 other dental offices to confirm and I was way overcharged for what Heresi Dental did. Just to pull my tooth they charged $750 and then $750 for the bone graph. This was just a portion of my total bill.

I feel very taken advantage of. They saw an opportunity and took it. I will not step foot in nor recommend Heresi dental office to anyone ever. Live and learn.

The team made sure I was comfortable in every way, from the front desk to the back office. Dr. Heresi's team was excellent and I look forward to continuing my dental plan and all future work here!
