Very happy with my appointment. Doctor was very informative and answered my questions thoroughly. Chrissy is without question the best hygienist I have had in my 70+ years of going to the dentist. She did a super thorough cleaning as well as checking for anything out of the ordinary not only in my teeth, but also my tongue, throat and neck. Highly recommend

Every visit we get billed at the time of the service because they say they know what we'll owe after insurance, and every time after insurance finalizes everything they've overbilled us substantially and we have to complain to have those amounts credited to our next visit. Twice they've given us our next appointment, then months later called to say we need to schedule our next appointment, and I assume never actually put the appointment they gave us in the system. They push x-rays like crazy, even if you have personal reasons to not be bombarded with radiation every visit or two, then try to tell you insurance forces them to take them.

Insurance then confirms they do not force x-rays to be taken and that nobody can force you to do anything. We've had them perform services our insurance wouldn't cover, even though they're in network, and they should see what they will and won't cover. Then they expect you to pay the uncovered amount even though you didn't authorize these uncovered items.

It's a shame because the actual dentists and hygienists have been great, but the billing/office part of the office is someone sketchy.
