Had a 10am appointment set up 6 months in advance, I show up and they tell me they canceled my appointment and need to go on a waiting list. (This isnt the only time) Edit: THEY CALLED ME AND SAID "WE NEED YOU TO DELETE YOUR REVIEW", INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING TO ME.

THEY CAN CALL ME FOR THIS BUT CANT CALL ME TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT? I forgot this even happened and I would have deleted it if I had a proper apology but yet again they were rude and made it out to be my fault.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Just got a call, on the day of my cleaning appointment (made 6 months ago) that I owe $60 from a missed appointment in *2020* and they won't see me until it's paid. An appointment I only missed because they didn't call my cell phone to remind me. They called my house number, after I told them to remove that number as a contact number for me. Never before now have they told me I owe them any money. They have cancelled several appointments since then because of staffing issues.

I've had to wait an extra 6 MONTHS for a cleaning that's supposed to be done twice a year because of them canceling. I have been there several times since then for cleanings and other appointments. I just called them YESTERDAY to confirm my appointment and there was NO mention then or when they called my cell phone THIS TIME to remind me of my appointment of any money being owed to them. Totally unprofessional. I'll be finding a better dentist. 😠

There seems to be a lot of confusion in this office. One person told me that I would have no issues having my new patient appointment (scheduled for tomorrow) and then today they called to tell me that I would need to reschedule for the second time or pay out of pocket, even though I have insurance. When I tried to explain that my insurance company told me to have their office call them directly to okay my visit, the receptionist said “why would I do that, you aren’t even a patient”, even though I had an appointment scheduled.

Seems like they just don’t want to put any effort into gaining a new client… So much rudeness towards me, as well as talking badly about the office that I was trying to transfer from, that I decided to cancel my appointment here and go elsewhere! I never even stepped foot in the building, and had multiple bad/unprofessional experiences just over the phone.

I don't know about the bad experiences. Mine was amazing. Office staff is wonderful. Assistants are friendly and talkable. It was a very welcoming experience. I'd do it again. A smile is a gift and they all worked together to give me a new one and I greatly appreciate it. Best dentist ever.
