I’m very disappointed with the way this dental office handled my son’s insurance change. We’ve been going here for four years, and his next appointment was scheduled for March 31. On January 15, I received a text message (not even a call or letter) stating they no longer accept his insurance and that his appointment was canceled—no apology, no offer to help, just a cancellation. Dental appointments take a long time to schedule, and if they knew they weren’t accepting our insurance in the new year, they should have informed us well in advance.

My own dentist went through the same process but handled it professionally, giving me months of notice and offering options. This office’s lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable, and I think other parents should be aware.

I normally have anxiety going to the dentist, I went here to have a tooth pulled, and also a filling. The dental assistant and dentist were caring and compassionate, and made sure everything was numb and taken at a comfortable pace for me. I absolutely recommend this for anybody that has anxiety going to the dentist, they will take it at your pace and make you feel more comfortable than anywhere I’ve ever been.

It was the best experience I’ve ever had and will not be going anywhere else For dental work again. Thank you!!!!!!

The hygienists here are really great! I have to give a special shout out to Ms. Jay. It was my sons first dental appointment. She showed him all of the tools she was going to use, had the TV on for him when we arrived, and was just so good with him.

She was kind, calm, and made my son feel comfortable and excited to go back to the dentist. Thank you Jay! My family comes here and we have had good experiences each time.
