Bossy, rude, and don't listen whatsoever to ur needs. Twice in 2 yrs, 2nd yesterday, and both were so bad in every way possible. . . . . every1 I know who went there has a horror story. They refused to give my wife antibiotics unless they pulled her tooth right then when she had a grossly swollen face and neck with a lot of pain.

We actually had to go to another doctor for antibiotics. They suck an d I really think they hate their jobs. . . . . y else r they so rude and careless!!??

I have been going here for a few years and for a person who doesn't have the best insurance, this is the best place to get the care I need. I wish they offered a little bit more of behavioral health options as they currently only offer crisis counseling. Recently I was seen my Miranda Ramsey, who is the main women's health nurse practitioner and she is one of the best nurse practitioners I've ever come across.

She was kind, courteous, informative, and really cared about my health and getting routine checkups. I was very pleased.

I was established with this office initially for the MAT program and decided to use them for ALL things! I truthfully love my doctor Carol Anne Church and any other physician I have seen at either office in Boone. They always get me an appointment in a timely manner and see me usually same day or next on last minute notice when sick. I recommend this office for all things.

Primary care, women’s health, MAT, mental health. And if you are uninsured like I was previously, you can still afford to have healthcare at this office!

This office has been denying medicine for my diabetic fiancee and he's been waiting since 03/12/2025 for his diabetic medication and is at risk of becoming hospitalized. I would not trust anyone here other then the true doctor Chuck. But the company needs to be overhauled and get true doctors In that want to help the people not their pockets.

It's a sad day when I have to review any company poorly. Boone do better!
