I would honestly give ZERO STARS if it would let me. My daughter had an upcoming appointment there, and when I called to speak with them regarding the appointment , the woman I spoke to was so Disrespectful, Rude and Completely Unprofessional. When I went to speak, I was rudely interrupted and told to " let her talk" . It's disappointing the medical care that we have in West Virginia unfortunately and the unprofessionalism with their reception is disgusting.

Hill Dentistry , DO BETTER ! There are just some people that should NOT deal/speak with the public, and unfortunately I think this woman is one of them. She definitely needs a new job rather than talking to patients and answering phones. It's sad to say, but I'm sure I'm not the first that's been spoken to that way by this office.

I would give this practice a hundred million stars if I could! They are absolutely amazing, professionally and personally. I, my children, and my mother can all attest to just how wonderful this practice is, and with the most incredible staff that you could ever meet. Not only do they offer five star service, they truly care about your dental health and well being.

Fast and on time apts. Truly a wonderful practice that we will continue to choose for our dental care.

My son had an appointment today for the first time here and it was not a pleasant experience! First off the lady at the front desk looked at me like “why are you even here?” and all I was doing was trying to get my son checked in. Every one of the staff looked absolutely miserable and like they didn’t even want to be there. We had a 2pm appointment and wasn’t seen until almost 3pm and they wanted on people who came in way after us and when confronted about why they were overlooking my son’s appointment they said “well we had to switch rooms!” Also don’t go to this dentist unless you want to be screamed at by Jonathan Hill the dentist there.

Very unprofessional and as a place with Christian tracts and bibles in the waiting room and crosses painted on the receptionist’s window I would have expected better. Hill Denistry DO BETTER!!!
