Been with Dr. Ritchie since moved to Columbus, had to change a couple of times due to dental ins.. but kept with him whenever I could! Great! Gentle! Love his staff!

Been going to Dr Ritchie for about 15 years. It is easy to feel comfortable and welcomed. About 8 years ago I moved to the other side of town. Three dental offices in walking distance but I would rather make the drive. Great staff.

I never write reviews and my visit was years ago. HOWEVER PLEASE READ! My boyfriend and I wanted to go to this place because it was across the street from our house. Dr. Richie or whatever his name was said my partner has three cavities in the back. Instead of drilling three holes and filling the cavities he made a canal through all three teeth and filled it in that way. This made no gaps in between each tooth to floss.

As soon as we were done my partner told/ showed me I thought he would be ok. NO…. For years now he’s been suffering with eating and food getting stuck because the way he filled in three teeth. I’m now writing this cause I finally took a look and his one tooth is starting to decay. The day he went there he left worse off. I would never as an unprofessional call someone out on their job.

However, I know if there’s “three cavities in a row” you don’t just drill a line going down all three teeth and fill it in…. Laziness is what that is! Also on the rude side. There’s so many dentist out there that do care. Aspen dental is down the street from them and it’s very professional and nice there.
