Hodge Lancaster Family Dental is the gold standard for family care—we’ve been patients for 5 years, and it’s always exceptional! Dr. Hodge has a knack for making everyone feel comfortable, from my 8-year-old (who loves the sticker station) to my 78-year-old mom (who appreciates the gentle check-ups). The office is warm and welcoming, with a small play area and calming music. The staff remembers little details, like my son’s allergy to mint toothpaste, and they’re pros at explaining treatments in simple terms.

They work with insurance seamlessly, send friendly reminders, and even offer same-day appointments for emergencies. Last month, they fit my husband in for a last-minute filling—no stress, just care. A practice that truly feels like part of our community!

Everyone I’ve worked with here has been so good that despite moving away, I still plan my appts when I’m back in town visiting. This is the type of family business that MY family has stayed with through my upbringing and into adulthood. Definitely feel like you’re in good hands and good company.

This office consistently goes above and beyond, including fitting my young son in, yet again, for a painful tooth. Most importantly, despite having had multiple fillings and even tooth extractions, both my kids still like seeing these guys. Drs Hodge and Lancaster are very professional, friendly, and very good at what they do. Did I mention fast? Patience doesn't last long with a painful 5 year old and Dr. Hodge gets it done.

Though I'm not a fan of dental work myself, these folks always make me more comfortable, as well. Kathy is so good with my boys and she may have even held my hand a time or two. We've had wonderful experiences with all the hygienists we've seen over the years and the office staff is always quite helpful. We really appreciate the care you provide for our family.

I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone after my first visit there. The service is nice but the front desk kind of did not walk me through the insurance even after I asked about insurance coverage before service. The front desk said my insurance would cover the cost but I needed to pay upfront and they would send claim on my behalf.

Then I got over $200 bill for first visit of cleaning then they told me they did not participate in my insurance plan after I received the service. Yeah, so why it’s different statements with regard to insurance coverage before and after service.
