I came to Dr Jackson after multiple very disappointing experiences at other area dentists. I lost trust in dentists and just wanted to find someone who I could trust. I first saw Dr. Jackson for a second opinion and she validated that I was being misdiagnosed at my previous dentist. When I came back to her 6 months later she continued to build my trust and truly makes me feel like we're friends. She helped me address a dental issue with my daughter who isn't even her patient.

In a separate incident I couldn't get ahold of my other daughter's pediatric dentist and she answered my call and helped get me seen by another pediatric dentist. She treats you like a person and not just a patient. I'm so grateful to finally find a dentist I trust. Can't recommend Dr. Jackson enough.

Dr. Jackson is amazing and so friendly. My husband and I have been using her since we moved to the suburbs (after we let dental care lapse during COVID).

She has been the best getting us comfortable and has a friendly approach that helps anxious patients! The staff in the office are also so sweet! They watched my sleeping baby while I had my teeth cleaned postpartum. We will definitely be taking our son once he needs a dentist!

I love Dr. Jackson and the whole team at Main Street! They are kind, gentle and efficient. At my last dentist, I often left feeling judged about my teeth—but that’s definitely not the vibe here. The care is thoughtful, respectful, and focused on progress, not perfection.

I also like that Dr. Jackson is action oriented but she isn't afraid to say no if she thinks a treatment isn't for you. The reception is sunny, nice and easy to schedule with.
