DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have tried a few dental offices in the area trying to find the right fit and you want to talk about the WORST PLACE IVE TRIED TO DATE. They refuse to actually follow through with billing for God knows how long, then when you get the bill they try to deny your insurance exists. Send them all the supporting information you like and then they'll refuse to submit your bill through insurance properly and then threaten you.

Not to mention if you have someone that needs company during their visit due to dental anxiety they will outright refuse to allow you to accompany them after stating over the phone that it would be no problem. Office staff are rude and ignorant and they literally let cavities go until they are to the point of high pain. If you ever want a quality dental team THIS PLACE IS NOT IT! Extremely unfriendly and uncooperative.

Would literally red flag this place instead of star ranking if it were possible cause they are absolutely the worst office I have ever been to in my entire life.

The dental team were very kind and professional. However, due to administrative inefficiency this business is trying to bill me almost $3000, from dental work back in 2020. The administrative personnel places the blame on me when it was her lack of efficiency that allowed my previous dental insurance that ability to deny payment due to untimely filing.

Now I have to go beg my previous insurance company to pay it for me. If that does not work I will need to hire an insurance claim lawyer to fight this for me. This will ultimately cost me about the same amount of money, but at least the money will go to a lawyer doing an honest days work and not vindicate a person who's inefficiency caused this problem in the first place.

UPDATE: My previous dental insurance company said that the claim has not been denied, nor is in the process of denial, but that they need the dental clinic to send them the "pretreatment" dental x-rays in order to process the claim. Additionally, insurance company stated that after requesting the x-rays in January 2021 that the dental clinic has failed to contact the insurance company until October 2022 in which the dental clinic again did not provide the x-rays.

I have had nothing but positive experiences since starting with this practice in 2014. Christina has been my hygienist who is awesome! She teaches me, explains to me, answers my questions, I can’t ask for a better team member. When I have needed a procedure, the front office staff has a pretreatment plan with insurance estimate which I’m in agreement. If not, then we discuss with Dr Bagheri. Or for a wisdom tooth removal, my anxiety was very high.

Dr Hoard was awesome. Dr Bagheri, today repaired a broken tooth I sustained in a fall. She teaches me, answers my questions, staff is kind and courteous. I’m pleased. I wouldn’t need to go anywhere else!

Christina is the best! I had such bad anxiety about going to the dentist until i met her she makes going so much better! My whole family has had a great experience with Christina.
