More interested in collecting unnecessary personal data than collecting dental emergency details. Refused to answer the question of when there would be time for same-day treatment appointment until they were given a home address. So, this receptionist weaponizes someones pain to extort them for personal information, rather than providing up-front scheduling info. At the end of the day, they were not able to guarantee and schedule same-day treatment, while another dentist prioritized my appointment. Of course, they knew that. . .

That's why they demanded so much information up front. I don't need your junkmail. I dont want your text messages. I needed help, and you refused to help me. But that's ok - I write Google reviews.

I absolutely love Dr. Woody and his staff!!!! All of them!!! All smiles! Goes the extra mile to help you. Very homey and welcoming atmosphere. They really listen to my concerns and give me options for treatment. I have always been so cautious with dentists, it is definitely not my favorite.

But from my first visit, I now keep my every 6 month visits. They really changed my life. 🥰They changed my life 🥹 thank you.

I had a series of great experiences with this office as I transitioned from another dental office. I had a number of calls to the office and all the persons taking the calls were pleasant, professional, and competent--they sounded as though they were smiling while talking to me (i. e.

, enjoying their job). The office is very inviting and clean, and my dental technician and the Doctor (introducing himself by his first name) were very personable and spent ample time to interact and answer my questions. Great job!

I know I’m quick to leave reviews when I have a bad experience, so I wanted to take a moment to share a positive one. I’m not from this area, but I’ve been seeing Dr. Woody for a few years now, and he’s by far the best dentist I’ve had. Unlike other dentists who always seem to find something wrong, he’s honest and never pushes unnecessary treatments. He also values my time—one time, I waited for only five minutes, and he was incredibly apologetic.

When I asked about getting veneers, he offered to do them but also reassured me that I didn’t need them. I truly appreciate a dentist who gives sound, honest advice instead of just trying to make a sale. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, respectful, and skilled dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Woody!
