I cannot put into words how wonderful these people are. I've spent my entire life terrified of dentists due to past experiences. However, this office and the truly amazing team they have, have helped me kick that fear to the curb. In addition to pulling my problematic teeth, they made me feel so comfortable.

I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart, I'm so thankful to you all.

Was really impressed my first few visits. My favorite hygienist left a couple weeks ago. The office called to let me know she was leaving but never told me my appointment day would be affected by her leaving. I was set up for an exam and cleaning (took the day off work specifically for my dentist appointment). Got a call from the office about one & half to two hours before my appointment time that they were not able to do my cleaning today since my hygienist left. The other hygienist only works two days a week & already had a patient scheduled during my appointment time.

I should have been notified way before my appointment day that my cleaning was not going to happen. They should have made sure all patients cleanings and exams were covered properly. Now I had to reschedule my appointment and the earliest they supposedly had is in March. Very disappointed in the customer service of this dental office.

I am the original dental chicken. That said; I had a filling fall out of my tooth the size of a beach ball. (Naturally in the fronta and thankfully no pain). I called my dentist the next day and they said their first apt. Was about 1. 5 months out. There was no way that this tooth would wait. So, they referred me to HPU Health Randolph Dental, in Asheboro. I was my normal dental-disaster- woman- self when I arrived. I walked in and from that point on, all? was smiles and friendly, caring people. The Gal behind the desk welcomed me and got me checked in. I waited -0- minutes and was taken right back to the exam room. The hygienists carefully checked out my Trainwreck of a tooth. They x-rayed it and explained that it possibly may need to be pulled (I kinda was afraid of that) and of course the Dr would be in soon. Again, I waited -0- minutes and Dr.

Khan came in. She was kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable about anything I even may have wondered about. She too explained the X-ray showing me why it possibly had to come out, she was extremely through and made sure I understood everything. Dr. Khan saved the day and my tooth. . (and quite possibly my sanity) Dr. Khan had the most calm, reassuring presence and A+++ "bedside" manor. Extremely professional. She showed this dental chicken that really, there isn't a thing to be nervous about. I left feeling so much better, my tooth once again in tact, not in danger of breaking in half eating a marshmallow. (It was a huge cavity) Now, I am planning to make Randolph Dental my new regular dentist! They're all awesome in this office. To Sum it up; The office, clean as could be, and very nicely decorated. Cheery, comfortable, and extremely tastefully decorated. The exam room, spotless.

The professionalism was out of this world. And the care and consideration was far above the norm. The wait time. . . . . I didn't wait at all! Convient parking. For a day that started off on the negative side, it ended up being a very positive visit. I would recommend Dr. Khan and the staff to anyone that is looking for somewhere competent, professional that treat you like your the VIP, Randolph Dental is the place to go.
