my home office is 45 minutes from this Cleveland I had to travel here to get my wisdom teeth taken out. I was told I would need someone to drive because I was getting put under. I arrive and they have me pay before I even got it done which I thought was weird but was thinking it was because I wouldn’t be able to after from being put to sleep. The girl says it’s going to be $200 something which I thought was reasonable. I’m about to tap my phone to pay and the insurance lady stops me and says it’s wrong and proceeds to charge me almost $600. How could someone get it that wrong? I said that’s a lot for me (being a college student) and asked if I could pay half now and bill me the other.

She says no and was very rude to me this entire time like I was an inconvenience. Then before I pay I asked I’m getting put under right and she says no we don’t do that here you’ll be awake. I was about to not get it done but I had already taken off work. During the extraction I didn’t feel anything and it as fine. The only person who seemed nice was the girl helping the Dr. All they sent me home with was gauze.

Seriously?! No over the head ice wrap, no curved syringe for cleaning, no medicated mouth wash. I brought this up to my friends and every single one said they at least got ice and medicated mouthwash. I would not recommend getting your wisdom teeth out here it felt barbaric. General dentistry might be fine here I don’t know.

I went here yesterday to have 5 teeth extracted! After going to a horrible botch dentist who ruined every tooth she touched none could be saved. The lady at the front desk was extremely compassionate she came in my room multiple times through the process to make sure I was okay! I didn’t catch her name but she had longer blond hair she needs a raise! She was doing stuff, not even in her job description to make sure I was feeling OK. The Dr that took care of me was patient and did a little numbing, then gave me plenty of time to sit before giving more so the pain was less and gave a little extra in the tooth that was destroyed to keep pain down.

All in all I cried for a few seconds and we were good to go! Definitely a good experience for me. He was fast and efficient.

I tried to schedule an appointment for an emergency abscess extraction, and they hung up on me after taking all my information. Woman was rude and arrogant. Response to owner: I am not removing the reviews, since they all happened on separate occasions and in separate locations. Instead of blaming the patient, maybe you should take more accountability for your employees!

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. Due to complications on my end I only got 1 removed instead of all 4 but I was really nervous and even had a panic attack before the procedure began. When I tell you I was so confused and shocked that dr dai was in and out in less than 10min. I’m still in shock and I felt nothing! Numbing doesn’t usually work on me.

I had my husband on standby just in case I needed to hold his hand. Amazing office and wonderful staff. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is afraid of the dentist
