They told me they were all booked with appointments yesterday and told me to call back today 8 AM sharp, they had me on hold the entire time. Not one answer. Not only that, but how is you being all booked with appointments yesterday, going to change by me calling today????? I told them I had a broken tooth and it’s causing me excruciating pain and asked for an emergency extraction and that’s the bs they had for me.

No suggestions to go elsewhere, no attempt to find any openings etc.

Dr Latsko and her crew were extremely awesome! However? the phone system is horrible!! Your phone system cost me unecessary drama with scams!!! I do not answer my phone unless i know who it is. but because i had to wait on your call, i had to answer.

forgive me for not paying attention to metrohealths phone numbers to recognize the, but this scam yesterday almost cost me my life! as a mental health patient, a patient with healthe ailments dealing with the scam was too much to bare to a person in my health condition! metrohealths phone system totally unacceptable! After finally calming down from all of the trauma that damn scam took me through, Metrohealth FINALLY calls with my dental surgery appointment! metrohealth needs a better phone system for surgery scheduling and not depend on an email for people to have to wait on a call back!!!

They don’t answer the phone! Made me wait 45 minutes and didn’t answer! So I had to hang up! This happened to me twice on different days! And now they are charging me more for my dentures because I got upset with them because they never answer the dam phone! Also. My immediate dentures are terrible. Please avoid getting any dentures from them. There’s a place that manufactures them out of Detroit and they are just terrible.

They don’t tell you you can’t eat with either. They don’t fit my bottom gums and never been able to wear them properly since I’ve gotten them! Had to pay over $1200 for these and they won’t give me my money back for any of it. I’ve gone back to them four times to have them reset and all that but they’re just too big into my mouth. They rub up against my tongue I can’t talk I put glue on them to hold them in place, but my tongue keeps hitting them.

they pop off my gums. These people don’t care! They don’t treat you like a patient. They treat you like a customer and that’s it. So please stay away from this place! They have a police officer standing there at all times because they know they end up with Angry customers! I hope someone out there can help me get my money back!

I wish I could give no stars! The worst place ever beware!!! Go somewhere else!!! The oral surgery scheduler is rude as can be!! The dental assistant kept cutting me off & was also so rude! I will never bring my kids here again! Metro dentistry really needs to get their stuff together! The only good thing was one lady at the reception desk was soo nice & professional kudos to her!! She is the only good thing about this place!
