I’ve had teeth pulled in the past, but never a wisdom tooth. I knew it would be a bit of a process, with stitches and all. Everyone was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. I had ex rays and the tooth removed. Everything went great.

What really impressed me was the Dr. called me at a little after 7 that night to check up on me. I thought that was pretty impressive, since he worked all day, but still put my care and attention a priority. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went to see Dr. Payami for 2 extractions, he was great! It was such a good experience, I am terrified of needles but with a little patience and anesthesia I woke up to no pain. I was prescribed abx and Motrin, haven’t had any issues with either. I would highly recommend this oral surgeon.

Need to start off by saying I have god awful health anxiety to the ironic point of ignoring health things that need to be addressed because I’m that terrified lol. I was aware that I needed to have all of my wisdom teeth pulled almost 10 years ago and never did it because i’m scared i’m allergic to anesthesia (lol). Fast forward to 2025 and finally come to the realization that I need to grow up and take care of this! I was recommended to HVOS in Fishkill by a close friend and am beyond relieved and happy with my experience. I went to Dr.

Payami specifically and he made me feel super comfortable and reassured that this will be a smooth sailing process and that i’m in great care. His assistants in the process were extremely friendly and comforting as well! I ended up getting them extracted and am currently 8 days post opp and feel so incredibly relieved but also mad at myself for waiting this long when it was a piece of cake. Ofcourse getting your teeth removed in itself isn't a fun experience regardless but i’m happy I went with him because this was exactly the type of Dr I needed given my irrational anxiety. 4 Days after surgery, I felt like i was healing fine and had no sign of dry socket or infection, but , still get in my head and wanted to make sure I was on the right path of healing and was taking the good After Care I needed to so booked my follow up appointment pretty early and he took a lot and assured me that everything was healing properly and I was doing fine! I worked in a medical office before and know that customers like myself (from an outside perspective) can be annoying lol but none of the staff made me feel that way at all which i truly appreciated immensely.

I can’t believe i’m saying this but I actually look forward to coming back and getting my next order of business taken care of by them! Thank you again Dr. Payami for putting up with a patient like me haha!! 👏🏼
