I came as a new patient because I was having pain and had a specific tooth that was broken. Instead of focusing on that concern, they proceeded with a full set of X-rays and a periodic exam—something that felt more like a routine checkup than addressing the urgent issue I came in for. I was given a referral to see a root canal specialist to check my broken tooth. No clear written treatment plan was provided. The focus quickly shifted to TMJ therapy and even orthodontics, which was confusing given the reason for my visit.

I later called the practice for further clarification about how we were going to proceed with treatment on this broken tooth after I follow through on the root canal treatment based on Dr. Senat recommendation. Instead of getting a direct response from the dentist, the receptionist called me back and said Dr Senat felt it would be best if I found care elsewhere. I was shocked - rather than reassuring me or educating me, Dr Senat chose to dismiss me as a patient because…. I asked to many questions? Wanted clarity on my treatment plan? This is not the kind of care a patient halfway through dental treatment should ever receive.

I left feeling belittled and dismissed. I would not recommend this practice to anyone thats looking for a compassionate and transparent Dentist. One positive note Jackie the receptionist is kind and professional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Senat since 2022. The peace of mind of being in good hands is what I looked for in a dentist and I found it here. She is sharp, knowledgeable, kind and has provided satisfactory treatment every time I ran into an issue with my teeth.

The staff are always friendly and courteous. I have witnessed interactions with obnoxious/rude patients and the receptionists handled them with grace and respect (which I applaud because there’s nothing more aggravating than being disrespected at your workplace). To sum it up, they are rockstars 🌟 and the multiple appointment reminders they send are SO helpful! The team of hygienists are fantastic too. Steve took care of my cleaning today and made the whole thing a breeze.

When you’re sitting on a dentist chair it can feel pretty nerve-wrecking, but the fact that here they communicate every step of the process, consistently check if I am OK and make me aware of what’s going on, helps alleviate the tension of being in that vulnerable state of mouth wide-open. The entire Mountainview Dental staff are wonderful professionals, I could not recommend their practice enough. I have no problem driving 40 minutes to come here because I know I will get the best care possible.

Everyone from the front desk to the actual cleaning was fantastic. Kalia did a wonderful job and with my cleaning and was super gentle. She explained things clearly and was very reassuring. The doctor also explains things in a very clear way, putting phobic patients such as myself, at ease. As far as dental experiences go, this was hands down the best one I've had.

I am a new patient to Mountainview and my experience was excellent. I was seen right on time with no waiting. Catherine and Jackie at the front desk were great and helped me navigate my insurance. The hygienist Charlotte was very thorough and professional as was Dr.

Senat. This is a small office where I felt valued and was not treated like just another number. I am so happy to have gone there and after just one visit I know I have found my new dentist!
