Stay away from these scammers. Using there services from long time, but recently everything change. They only want money from ur insurance company. In last two visits doctor know my wife’s tooth in bad condition but he did nothing, only solution is romove the tooth. But he Give us pain killer, and give the appointment for two weeks. Really don’t understand how somebody live with so much pain for two weeks. We request next day again for appointment .

This time doctor don’t even touch the tooth and refer to another doctor. And another doctor don’t have any appointment for next two weeks. I believe all the doctors in clinic semi retired, that’s why they want just easy money. At the end we go to another clinic, they examine the X-ray and took the tooth in 10 min. Moral of story- Don’t waste ur money and time here.

Dr Hendricks is great. However, the entire administrative and receptionist staff here is useless. This place does not value loyalty and it's because now Dr Jasmina Lad has bought the business from Dr Patel. It seems she wishes to dictate new terms to her staff. All of the bad reviews below are aligned to the experience here by all customers. I am very disappointed with this place.

Dr Lad is a true professional. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions, making me feel confident in her expertise. Everyone in the office were friendly and a delight from the receptionist, dental hygienist and dentist!

My favourite dentist and dental hygienists by far! Prior to Humber 27, I was not loyal to any specific dentist but rather went to dentists out of convenience. Now I will not go anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and efficient, and most importantly my oral health has never been better. Thank you!
