My appointment was for 10. I arrived at 950. With it being empty, the lady told me to wait outside till 10. I went back in at 10:05. I sat there for another 20 minutes waiting. My appointment was for 10. I'm sitting, and all I hear are people just talking like if they are in the park, or it's tea time. I cancel my appointment, they lady didn't ask why.
She just said ok like if it were good because now they're free. I walk outside just to see all the lady's from the dental clinic smoking. They finally went back in smelling like smoke at 1030. I won't come back here again. They want to get paid to not do work. Funny how that goes.

I had a filling come out and needed an early appointment on a specific day and they made it happen! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I've recommended this clinic before and will definitely keep doing so.

Today I had tooth 31pulled, which is located on the right side in the back by Dr. Yelena Khrapko and I"ll tell you, it was in done in 2 seconds. It was really infected and medication was not helping. I was so surprised and amazed that I didn't feel a thing. I always go to an oral surgeon and have general anesthesia that I pay $300 for in Brooklyn and I heard people screaming getting their tooth pulled that didn't have sedation, but this is the first time without it I am so happy. The Doctor is a Genius and so kind. She is very confident which made me confident to do this. This is it folks I give up on sleep sedation.
This is the place to be for all dental necessities. Everyone in that office is really nice. I don't have to waste money on sedation anymore. I love it. Thank you, Love ya. . .

I specifically see only the male dentist. He’s amazing he’s very funny and kind. He answers all my questions warns me if something may hurt.
A time I booked an appointment for something specific but it was scheduled as a cleaning I was very upset he came in and asked what I was supposed to come in for and he gladly did it ! I always walk out thankful for this dentist for going above and beyond for his patients.
