Dr Lemus is very professional, emphatic Dentist. She managed to calm my anxiety while performing a procedure. Good sanitary procedures. I appreciated how she describe and explain how the financial part was going to be process.

ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING !!! This dentist is atrocious. She is extremely rude, inconsiderate and plain nasty. The first encounter, my mother made an appointment and made her wait outside for half an hour infront of the office because she was late and the office was locked so she had no choice but to wait outside. Isabele's reasoning is because she was "Running late" with no regard to my moms other plans for that day. THEN we made a second appointment another day and guess what? office was locked again because she was running a half an hour late AGAIN! After two horrible experiences with this woman we decided not to move forward with her and obtain the x-trays so we can provide a new dentist with them - which EVERY patient is entitled to. She tells my mom to come at 2pm to the office to pick it up, my mom arrives at 2 and guess what she's not there again.

She arrives at 2:45pm with a disgusting attitude. My mom is furious, RIGHTFULLY SO and she doesn't even apologize!!! She then proceeds to tell my mom "I am going to give you your records so you don't have to bother me anymore" the literal nerve of this unprofessional and disrespectful "dentist". You do not run a business with such horrible attitude and practice. Everyone's time is VALUABLE, we all have places to be and as a professional you must hold yourself to a stature of responsibility, accountability AND SIMPLY BEING NICE AND RESPECTFUL. Also don't get me started on the nasty staff at the front desk. She has a young girl working there rolling her eyes at patients and told my mom "she's done with her" when she was asking where the dentist was.

Are you kidding me? Do not waste your time at this place. I repeat do not waste your time here. This place deserves 0 stars actually -0 stars.

Dr Isable Lemus has a gentle manner and a tender touch. My new patient visit exceeded my expectations. She gave me the special rate and went over and above to check each tooth and is preparing my treatment plan.

I had a terrific tooth ache and felt much better after her visit. Office staff was so friendly and put me at ease right away. I trust Isable Lemus dentistry so much and highly recommend her to family friends and You! From Mama Sue
