iCare Family Dentistry is one of those rare gems! Everything they do is done with excellence and dedication. I’ll review the key attributes here in categories. Organized and professional: When you make an appointment, everyone is certain exactly what and when things are happening. And there were no doubts or unanswered questions. The phrase “they run a tight ship” comes to mind.

But they do so effortlessly and with sincerity and professionalism. Care and quality of services rendered: The doctors and hygienists are so talented, skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced! I was impressed with their ability to perform great cleaning care as well as implement preventative measures. I felt great confidence in them as they showed me various metrics and data products (eg x-rays and gum depth measurements) and explained the significance and their recommended measures for preventative care. Kindness and Thoughtfulness: They take the time to make you feel welcomed! And they ask about you if you have any questions or concerns or comments. They even ask a bit about you to get to know you such as what you do and any hobbies and such.

These ice breakers not only make one relaxed but also makes for a personal touch to develop rapport and familiarity. I believe they care for each and every patient and they excel at caring for your dental health as well as your overall wellness and personal peace of mind while there. Overall: I would recommend this office to anybody and everyone! Keep in mind that I have a bit of a nervousness when it comes to dentists but I felt relaxed and taken care of here! I look forward to my next visit for a regular cleaning and checkup! Thank you very much iCare Family Dentistry! Don’t change a thing! Also the receptionist is delightful!

Being my first time, I was extremely impressed. I felt that I’ve been an old patient. I was warmly and passionately welcomed at the front desk with a big smile and attended to me efficiently and fast even though it was a free consultation.

I haven’t seen that done anywhere I went, this is awesome. Seeing the Doctor was the excellent and perfect way without no delay the doctor saw me and explained carefully in details.
