I unfortunately did not have a good experience here. The receptionist was nice, but I had to fill out the intake forms in their lobby using my phone which I thought was odd. My hygienist didn't have great personal skills. When I asked how she was doing she replied with, "oh alright I suppose" and it was a bit surprising and off-putting as a first impression. When I went to get my x-rays she initially forgot to put the lead apron on me, but fortunately caught her mistake before doing any imaging.

That was concerning. Then they took more pictures, and more x-rays and when I asked if I was going to be receiving a cleaning (which was my purpose for going) she told me she wasn't sure. Long story short I did not get a cleaning. They only did imaging, and wanted to refer me to a periodontist for non-serious slight gum recession that I've had for over 20 years. It felt really disjointed in there, and the whole vibe of everything felt off the whole time.

I have a feeling they get reimbursed well for imaging from insurance, but likely make nothing from cleanings, and that is why things happened the way they did. It was overall a very poor experience, certainly the worst dental experience I have ever had, and I won't be returning, nor would I ever recommend anyone go here.

Highly recommend. Dr Armstrong and team definitely take care of you. I seriously neglected my teeth because I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past. I definitely feel comfortable with him working on my teeth. I will definitely go there to keep them healthier from now on. The only dentist my husband and I use and will continue to use.

First I would like to start out as I have had a family member do my dental work all my life. I am 60 something years old and first time visiting any other dentist. They made me feel at home, comfortable, very welcomed and at ease. Dr Armstrong is very assuring when it comes to me being nervous. Or easing the pain of any dental work I've had done. This is very important for people that have issues with dentist or post-traumatic stress etc.

Ty the assistant has been extremely patient and helpful. All in all 100% happy. Everyone is always pleasant. Very clean facility. Answered any questions I may have had. Excellent place
