Donara is a lovely receptionist and she made me laugh at a time I was in pain with my teeth. Everybody here is exceptionally nice and really wonderful, the wait times can vary depending on how busy but they are worth the wait, no doubt. Dr. Jackson is also really nice, everybody is super easy to talk to.

This is the second time I've come back here for a tooth extraction and I will now be making them my main dentist. Highly recommend.

From the moment I came to ideal Caitlyn was the first person to make me feel welcome. The atmosphere in this office is 10/10. Vivian (front desk) is very efficient, she knows how to handle anything you need & she’s very sweet! It’s not everyday you come to a dental office with great music and laughter in the air! The assistants there know how to keep you entertained and less afraid with their jokes and warm words. Annia and Gracie are great as well & will go above & beyond to make you comfortable.

Highly recommend Dr. Jackson & Dr. Nathani to my closest friends and family as I trust them to do a great job!

We had a great experience today at Ideal Dental Hanes Mill Rd!! Dr. Jackson was very professional and provided EXCELLENT service!! The office manager Ms.

D was the BEST!! The hygienist (Caitlyn) was EXTREMELY informative and caring. Together, these individuals provided comfort and trust which made our experience absolutely AMAZING!! I am sooooo thankful we chose Ideal Dental and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility!!!!! It’s an awesome feeling to have established services with such a great place!!!

I came in as a walk-in for a tooth extraction and received nothing but amazing service from start to finish! The front desk staff were welcoming, and the care I received in the back was just as great. Dr. Nathani and dental assistant Caitlyn were both incredibly kind and attentive—not only to me, but also to my mother who came along with me.

I truly felt cared for and respected. I will definitely be returning for future dental care!
