I took my brother here and upon walking in, due to the weather, the woman at the front desk named Karen proceeded to scold my brother for being late. (We were 7 minutes late) She was rude and very nasty to the point that he wanted to leave. We stayed because he was in terrible pain, needing the tooth pulled. He waited approximately an hr, with them taking in 5 patients ahead of him, that came in AFTER him.

Apparently this was his punishment for being 7 minutes late! I don't and never will understand how people like this are allowed to work with the public. I wouldn't recommend this place to pull my dog's teeth let alone family or friends.

The dentist and staff are very good people with good hearts. They are there to help and make you feel like part of the family. I wish more people were like them. They took me in as a new patient with a situation that was troubling to me and took all my troubles away. Now they have my whole family in their dentistry hands and I trust them with it. Girls were amazing ! , as far as the male dentist I felt like I wasn’t really seen. It was face paced I got no treatment for my jaw pain . I showed dentist my cheeks due to chomping on it while eating and was told to maybe loose weight I honestly laughed and left . It seem like he had no answer but surgery .
