Sara W. CLEANED MY TEETH YESTERDAY AND WAS EXCEPTIONAL, GENTLE TOUCH, THOROUGH, COMPREHENSIVE, PATIENT WITH MY QUESTIONS, CHECKED IN TO SEE IF I WAS COMFORTABLE BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER. PROVIDED EXCELLENT SKILLS AND SERVICE, EVEN ASSISTANCE WITH BOOKING NEXT APPOINTMENT . . . SHE REALLY IS AMAZING IN HER PERSONALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. DR. STERN and his assistant and team are the best in the field.

From front end and back end and dealing with insurance they are efficient, organized, operate ON TIME and DONT rush you when you have questions. They have integrity and don't make you have procedures unnecessarily. They demonstrate patience and compassion when providing education regarding your situation. They do it right and are PATIENT CENTERED. Much of our health care industry should model how they operate all the way around. High Standards delivered in all encounters. 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 Well done team!!! This dental office is very clean and everyone was pleasant. My personal experience was I cracked my front teeth. I was given another appointment to get a orthodontist consult in 3 weeks. I finally came in got my consultation. Went to the make my follow up for a root canal and was told she had no sooner appointment available until mid December.

I was so disappointed I thanked them, told them no I’m not going to wait another month in half and continue to be toothless!! I go to another office we’re I don’t have to wait that long. I left the office. Two hours later I received a voicemail from Natasha orthodontist receptionist asking me that she spoken with doctor and she agreed to work late to have me come back that same day. I got my root canal done late afternoon, this doctor was good, I didn’t feel a thing was smooth and fast. The doctor and her assistant were amazing.

Now in one week return for my tooth fitting. A special shoutout to Natasha orthodontist receptionist she made all this happen ❤️ also the doctor and her assistant. Thank you for going above and beyond for the needs of the patient. I would definitely recommend this dental office to everyone!!!!

From the moment I walked into Windsor Dental it was warm and welcoming! Everyone’s professionalism and kindness made me feel comfortable and cared for in ways that I have never experienced in any dental office! Beginning with the receptionist who welcomes you into the office, to Erika, my new hygienist—so thoughtful and respectful and caring! Dr.

Stern was very kind during his conversation regarding next steps of care, and Jolene and the assistant team in the main office were all very detail oriented, attentive, and accommodating with regards to immediate follow up appointments! I highly recommend Windsor Dental to anybody who is looking for a cozy, caring, and welcoming dental office and team!! Thank you for doing such a great job with myself and my husband’s dental cleaning and assessment!

Every single time I go to New Windsor Dental I am greeted with a friendly smile and attitude. Then into the dentist office where everyone is so friendly and personable. This time I needed to speak to the finance person to find out what my out of pocket expense will be. She said it would talk a week or so. This young lady was so pleasant I told her she could take a month if necessary.

Whoever does the hiring for this facility chooses no one but the best and every single person makes you feel as though you are family. I actually love going to the dentist. I certainly appreciate everyone for all they do to make a patient feel comfortable.
