Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed a week ago, I wasn’t given any follow up information and was almost sent home without my prescriptions. I was told during the procedure that I would need stitches, then decide that it would heal on its own, the sane side is not healing and I am having trouble. There were comments made about wanting narcotics . .

which is why I will not be returning to this office. I am now sitting in the emergency room hoping that they will stick my mouth up so that I can heal properly, I feel sick from the medication and the dentist wasn’t interested in listening at all.

After a bad experience with a dentist that I had had for years from a child to an adult going here was like going on vacation. Everyone was so nice even while making the appointment I had a real good feeling and when me and my family got there, we were very comfortable. I was terrified, but I was also thankful The Dentist who flew here to do this procedure? He was a blessing. My appointment was at 9:00 AM. I was in and out here by 9:45.

The procedure only took 10 minutes even with me getting x-rays. Thank you all so much especially the dental assistant who was there calm me down and hold my hand thank you so much. I am so sorry that I couldn’t remember your name.

This was my second visit to innovative smiles, the first was to get my teeth cleaned, and this visit was to get three wisdom teeth pulled. When I say their staff is top tier and so professional. Dr. C & Roosevelt were so professional.

They made this tooth extraction experience the best I ever had. Absolutely no pain, quick, and seamless. I recommend this dental office to anyone looking for an exceptional caring staff who makes you feel cared for.
