I came to this office looking for support and dental care, and while the hygienist was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and even recommended a great orthodontist (KR Orthodontics—thank you!), the rest of my experience left me uneasy. Within minutes, I was told my old amalgam fillings were dangerous and needed to be replaced immediately—without much explanation or discussion of alternatives. Then, to top it off, I was casually offered Botox for jaw tension. I was caught off guard. I’m a mom living in Williamstown, not an influencer getting cosmetic injections on lunch break. My stress is valid.

It doesn’t need to be frozen into submission. As someone with ADHD, I’m very aware of how overwhelming medical environments can be—and this felt more like pressure than care. I’m thankful for the hygienist’s warmth, but I’ll be finding a new dentist. One who listens, doesn’t lead with fear, and doesn’t suggest cosmetic procedures as a solution to a busy life.

I’ve been a client of this ISmile office for about a decade. The staff has always been warm and friendly besides professional. They treat me like I was their only client.

Great personalized service! I always leave with a great feeling of satisfaction and that they are on top of making sure that my mouth and teeth health are top of the list. Also, my bill is also explained before and after I sit on the dental chair. I am planning on relocating to Florida but I have no problem traveling every six months to this office! Cudos to this office!

Clean and beautiful office. The best cleaning I've ever experienced. However, I must say not very welcoming. My last denist of 35 years was concerned his patients and discussed the best option for you and your care. Don't look for that here.
