Each time I had an appointment I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from Kyla. The customer service that I’ve experienced is what makes me keep coming back. The turn around time is quick whenever I have a question or need to schedule an appointment. The overall office is beautiful, clean, and the dental staff really cares about the patients.

My experience from the moment I walked in the office was positive. I was greeted and the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The staff member who took my pictures and X-ray’s was extremely nice and walked me through the process. The doctor was clear on explaining what my options were. She was pleasant and asked if I had any questions or concerns before ending my consultation with her.

Ms. Pryce the office manager was excellent in helping me navigate what coverage I had and spent time making calls to figure out what insurance company my dental coverage was through my husband’s employee. I will be returning to start my braces with smile orthodontics.

I'm very displeased I took my daugher in for an ortho consulation in Oct and I call no one is able to follow up with me. I passed by the office twice and its been close. When I do call all I'm offered is to go to their next office. My question is why have this location and not give the proper service to current and prespective clients
