My husband was seen in his office today to get his tooth filled. After he was finished the Dentist walked out of the room without any direction on after care. Didn't let my husband know he was finished or ANYTHING. My husband did NOT feel welcomed whatsoever.

Today I received a call from the receptionist @ 2:03pm stating that my daughter was supposed to be there at 2pm. I told her that I was unaware of her appointment and that if they could she here she’ll be 30 minutes late, or I can reschedule her. She stated that I’d have to call daily with no end to get her seen and that I couldn’t reschedule. I asked for the office manager and Shannon took my call. Shannon told me about their policy which I am unfamiliar with due to that fact no one bothered to mention it in the past.

When I begin to ask questions to become familiar with it, Shannon told me if I didn’t want to call everyday that I could just find another dentist. Of course that boiled my blood! She’s so lazy that she’d rather I take my 3 children elsewhere than to answer my questions. This is unheard of, to be so lazy, to be an paid employee and not want to do her job! This type of person really need to be mopping and sweeping the floors rather than dealing with customers.

Me and my daughter have been going here for a few years and never had a problem until her last visit she left in tears. She has TMJ really bad and they know this. They are usually very patient with her. This time the hygienist got frustrated and told Dr Echols she couldn’t do her job because the pt wouldn’t/couldn’t open her mouth.

So Dr Echols in turn said for now on give her a 45 min slot instead of an hour because she’s wasting our time. WTH kinda comment is that especially in front of my daughter?!? Again they never had a problem working with her and being patient before and now it’s a problem? Mind you I have TMJ also just not as bad and they have never treated me that way.

My appointment was at 2:15 I didn’t get called to the back till 3 then had to wait longer while I was back there. . . Literally got off work early just to wait about an hour & a half for the dentist to come look at my teeth for less than 5 minutes just to say, “they are perfectly fine, you probably just have sensitive teeth. ” When I’ve been having issues for the longest time that have been making me feel uncomfortable & that’s making them hurt.

Literally feel like my time was wasted. . . I only liked one staff member there and she’s the one who took my X-rays, now she made me feel welcomed unlike anyone else there.
