Ted Oellenrich and his staff are awesome. They're very friendly and thorough. I had an issue with my jaw locking up (tmj)after having several fillings done yesterday and Dr ollenrich had me come back up to the office.

He reset my jaw for me and he amd the denral assistant explained what was going on and what could help. They seem like really compassionate people there. Im so grateful they were there for me today!

I called to set up a double appointment for a debriding and cleaning. The receptionist says debridement and cleaning no problem. I haven't been to this dentist for a couple of years, but they told me this is what I needed then. So I took a half day off work, which I can rarely manage. I go in there under the impression I'm there for a cleaning. Once they verify my insurance, they say they're gonna do some x-rays and tests to see what kind of cleaning I needed and then they will start the cleaning. So for an hour they do X-rays and poke me in the mouth.

Then the dentist comes in and says it looks like you just need a debridement and cleaning, but that will have to be done next time you come since your appointment time is over. Oh don't worry though, we will send the bill for today to the insurance company. Complete garbage. I will do my best to make sure they don't see a dime from my insurance company. They can bill me directly and I'll bill them for the wasted half day that I took off.

Can't recommend this dental practice enough; the people here are hard-working, kind, patient and extremely welcoming. As a new patient, I felt as if I had been welcomed into a loving community. If you are in need of a dental practice, go with this one. They are knowledgeable and driven by a love and passion of dentistry. Five stars!
