I am beyond disappointed with this dental office, hence my rating. This is due to the questionable practices of the owner's wife and one of the dentists that may no longer be working there. On multiple occasions, when I have to get a receipt for work that was done, the owner's wife places the name of the another family member —who has gotten work done at the office—on the receipt, rather than the correct name that needs to be attributed to that particular service. After speaking to others including someone who recommended that I go to this dental office, I learned that this is a common practice of hers. I told her to use the correct name on the receipt because I am concerned that, if I get audited, there will be discrepancies that I cannot account for or explain.
After switching dental offices, I discovered that some of the work I paid for to be done at this dental office was not necessary. This unnecessary procedure, suggested by a dentist working there, cost me thousands of dollars—money I now realized was wasted. I am extremely upset because I essentially spent money that I will never recover. In my eyes, it is a form of malpractice to suggest unnecessary procedures all for the sake of a profit at the client's expense. To make matters worse, the toothpaste they give to their clients upon leaving is often expired.
The wife and the dentist has always treated me with respect when I use to go there, which is why it is unfortunate that I have to leave them this poor review. However, hopefully this will compel them to address their questionable practices.

Best dental office!!! I just had amazing dentures made by Tony the denturist, My dentures were completely covered under the new government plan the CDCP Canadian dental care Plan He gave me a great smile The dentist is also highly skilled and very knowledgable Im so happy with my new look The entire staff is friendly and professional The receptionist is terrific and helped me with all the paperwork I highly recommend that everyone come to this office for great dental work See you again

Nothing but the best since I have been going to Jane Lawrence Dental outstanding professional services and over the p1ast 20 years +. From the time you step into the office they make you feel comfortable, welcome the secretary is the friendliest and Tony is just the greatest and really ensure that you are made to feel cared for with outstanding professional service. Canadian dental care Plan there is no charge to patients.
I would recommend Tony and staff to all my family and friends or anyone looking for a good dentist.

My experience at Jane Lawrence Dental was excellent from start to finish. The dentist and Tony the dentures are highly experienced professionals. Tony gave me a beautiful smile and I am so happy and grateful My dentures were free under the CDCP Canadian dental care Plan.
I love this office. The receptionist is so nice and most helpful to all their patients. I highly recommend everyone to come for free dentalcare and great service!
