Originally this was a 5 star… It’s is now a 1 start because I was told I had a cavity and needed a filling. So Jay Dental did the filling. I ended up going for a SECOND opinion and they showed me my scans that Jay dental did & there was NO CAVITY. THEY LIED. they just wanted to make money. DO NOT GO HERE. If you do, get a 2nd opinion before doing anything to your teeth! Please. Be warned.

I came here from a recommendation and I’m so happy with the whole experience . The scheduling is done so well that I didn’t even have to wait , I literally walked in and was sat right down. The office staff was very welcoming and the Receptionist Nelly and the whole front desk staff make u feel comfortable from the moment u walk in. Also The cleaning I received made my teeth look like I got them whitened cause they were shades brighter from just that cleaning .

The whole building and staff are very knowledgeable about the parts they play in the practice . From the front desk, to the assistant, all the way down to the doctor. It was just an easy experience and was really refreshing to have every thing go so smoothly.

Total scumbags would be zero stars if possible, waited two weeks to have a filling replacement done and then when I get there a half hour early suddenly they're too busy to do it. Waited two weeks for nothing. Aside from that the last time i was there they gave me the most painful cleaning ever. Amateur hour at all times so don't waste your time

I am so happy to have found Jay Dental,I had bad experience in other dentists, however Dr.Ram explained everything to me showing me exactly the root of the issue. No hidden procedures were advised. 5 stars also when I was leaving other patients were talking wonders about staff and Dr. Thank you so much ☺️
