I had a great experience removing my wisdom teeth here two years ago! Smooth procedure and clear explanation of process. Would recommend!

Until you change your practice of not telling patients what will be expected of them to pay upfront you’ve earned this rating. There is no reason I had to call my husband to pay for my niece’s extraction surgery because she owed almost $2,000 at check in. Had we been told upfront we would have not only been prepared with payment in hand but her actual parents would have been able to pay.

Do better this is not hard to accommodate.

The absolute worst experience! I had two of my wisdom teeth pulled at this location and I will not be returning for the second set. The Drs performing my extraction were careless and didn’t give any time for the local anesthesia to numb my gums resulting in me feeling excruciating pain. I wasn’t informed of post op instructions or advised of what to expect. No extra gauze or anything except for a brochure that briefly gave you some post instructions.

I really wish the Dr here showed care for their patients. I am now on day 5 and feel I may have developed an infection. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!

Front desk ladies were lovely and worked hard to charge insurance. That's the ONLY good thing about this place. I was uninformed about surgical risks and success rate and post-op recovery, my worries and questions were completely dismissed. After visit notes had conflicting information with what I was told (fine to brush teeth immediately versus wait two days) and straight up lies (like that a certain surgeon had been there the entire surgery, he hadn't been there at all).

Signed consent forms without being given info as to what is in the forms, when asking about risks and recovery I was mostly blown off with "oh this is super easy and quick". Had to have two surgeries on the same issue here. Phoned about post-op complications and had a doctor tell me facts that are literally not true, when I asked my surgeon about it he said that what the other doctor said was completely not true and could see the phone record, but it didn't say what "doctor" I had spoken to. Had stitches removed 2 weeks post-op, was extremely painful with no warning.

If my issue reoccurs (likely with the care I received here) I will be going elsewhere.
