I just called a few Minutes ago to schedule an appointment for my teen daughter. I tell the receptionist she has emblem health PPO. Mind u, PPO is not a government insurance. Is private. I know about this because I work at a dental office for 20 years now. So, she keeps asking me if government or private. If u are a front desk and deal with insurance you know ppo is a private insurance. To make the story short. I give member name and DOB as well as insurance ID number.

She ask for the member SS#. I as a front desk dental assistant dental biller know u don’t need the SS# that’s why they give them ID numbers to respect their privacy. She says the insurance needs the SS#. Is funny because I checked her eligibility at work yesterday amd I had a full breakdown of benefit without SS# just ID. They both were rude and I feel they don’t know what they are doing. Not going there. Not taking my child there. Light and love.

I had a bad experience here. I went in without pain and came out with. I was suppose to get a filling because I had two cavities. They both fell out after eating a couple hours ago. I went to the office two times after to fix it the first time I went it was alright but I went again because I still had pain and the same filling fell out again.

I got recommended to this place months ago and never had the chance to go. I took my kids, they were comfortable enough to get their teeth cleaned. Always have a hard time taking my kids to the dentist. The Dr. made them feel great. 100% recommend for kids and adults
