Dr John is a wonderful dentist!! Due to what he was seeing in my mouth (airway problems,, constant grinding for many years), he encouraged me to get a sleep study, which lead to a diagnosis of sleep apnea. Now I wear a cpap.

I essentially can credit him for saving my life and/or other horrible and dangerous complications of sleep apnea! He has done much work in my mouth over the years and he always does a fantastic job, very skilled and precise!

Oh where do I start! 1000 percent would recommend Dr. Kinsley and his staff if you are in need of a dentist! I have been looking for a dentist for a while and then gave up, until I had a tooth emergency last week. I called, got in next day for an appointment to discuss treatment plans and in that appointment he explained everything so well and did not rush through anything, which I really appreciate! Next was scheduling the actual work and he did not make me wait weeks but literally got me in the next day after the initial appointment.

Dental procedures make me nervous, but Dr. Kinsley listened, made it as painless as it could be and explained everything as he was doing it! I could write a book but I will leave it at, I highly recommend Dr. Kinsley and I have for sure found my new dentist! Thank you to the whole staff!

Melanie cleaned my teeth yesterday. Besides giving me a thorough and gentle cleaning she is also such a sweetheart. Dr. John came in to do an exam and view my X-rays. He is always thorough and gentle too. He explained what I need to have taken care of and I scheduled a future appointment with him.

The front desk staff are always so welcoming. I love coming to my dentist. I always feel comfortable there and know I’m in the best hands. Dr. John’s an incredible dentist!

Last Friday night at the start of Memorial Day weekend, while visiting the Rocky River area, I had the misfortune of breaking a tooth while dining. It was a vertical crack in number four, exposing the root. It was pretty painful and impossible to chew any kind of food. I am from Rocky River but I sold my house there and retired to the Mansfield area where my Dentist there can take weeks to get me in. I got up on Saturday morning and started calling every Dentist on Google that said they were “emergency” Dentists. Most were not. I left messages with several… Only one had a dedicated emergency number. That one called me back only to inform me that he was out of the country and could not help me.

Then, about two in the afternoon I received a call from Dr. John Kinsley, whom I had left a message with a few hours before. I explained my situation to him and he invited me in. By four thirty I was leaving his office after he extracted the tooth. If it is possible to have a perfect experience when having a broken tooth pulled… This was it. Dr. John was friendly, empathetic and very good with keeping me informed and comfortable during the procedure. He took his time with a difficult extraction and when the anesthetic wore off, I didn’t have much pain.

He put in two stitches for optimal healing and bleeding control. I received two follow-up texts checking on my healing progress and providing aftercare information. I was scheduled to return last Thursday for the sutures to be removed. They started to bother me on Monday and his office squeezed me in a day early to relieve that issue. It is now exactly one week from the extraction as I write this and I am healing well and eating almost normally. THANK YOU Dr. John for caring enough to handle MY emergency on a holiday weekend even though you had never seen me before.
