I do not recommend this dental office to anyone with kids! My boyfriend's 4 yr old daughter went here and they said they did not have a mouth piece in the proper size/small enough for her so instead just used one that was to big and was hurting her jaw/mouth. When she started crying and getting upset dr miller then was not only rough with her but told her to "sit down and shut up, it doesnt even hurt". When confronted about the interation dr miller then acted as if she did nothing wrong.

This is unexpectable behavior for a dental office that works with kids. If you do not have the proper sized equipment, respect for children and the understanding that a child is going to be nervous/ may be upset during a visit, and are going to snap at them it's not a very professional place in my opinion.

Dr. Miller is one of the best dentist around. I drive about 45 minutes just to have her do my brother and I’s teeth. All of the ladies are very sweet and so friendly. Never had a bad experience. Will be coming here forever!!!

My four year old daughter had an appointment today and they were overly rough with her, and when she started bawling and freaking out the doctor (Miller) told my daughter to "shut up, it doesn't even hurt, I'm not even touching you. " I've taken her in the past and never had any issues, but will not be taking her back to this dentist for any reason.

Having a bad day doesn't justify telling a sobbing four year old to "shut up", especially for a medical professional.

I have been going to this dentist for 30 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The doctors and staff are wonderful. A personal experience with Dr. Miller. My daughter is very apprehensive and scared of having dental work done. She sat through the whole appointment and filling until, all she had to have done was the actual fill for the filling.

She threw a fit. Dr. Miller tried and tried and even stayed after hours to make sure my daughter was well taken care of and comfortable. She’s came in sense and has been totally fine. Both doctors are wonderful. ❤️
