Goddard, who practices at the Tyrone location, further enhancing the clinic's expertise. Pine Orthodontics offers a comprehensive range of orthodontic treatments for early, teen, and adult patients. They utilize cutting-edge technology, including iTero Digital Impressions, to ensure precise and efficient treatment. The practice is known for its patient-centered approach, offering complimentary initial consultations to assess individual needs and discuss tailored treatment plans. They prioritize patient comfort and convenience, with flexible scheduling, various payment options including in-house plans, third-party financing like CareCredit, and acceptance of Medicaid. Pine Orthodontics also offers a "Peace of Mind Retainers Program" for long-term retention of results and utilizes the DM App for remote monitoring of aligner treatment, reducing the need for frequent in-office visits. Patients consistently praise Pine Orthodontics for its friendly and professional staff, comfortable atmosphere, and excellent results. Dr. Pine is a fantastic orthodontist. He's extremely kind, gentle and personable. The entire office is full of happy people who go out of their way to ensure your comfort and satisfaction with every visit.

I saw him as adult getting Braces and my children are now seeing him as well. I highly recommend this office for any orthodontic work from children to adults. Thanks for the beautiful smile Dr. Pine!!!

I have heard nothing but good things about Pine Orthodontics, so I took my daughter there for an evaluation because she clearly needs Braces. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They answered any questions I had - however, when I inquired about my daughter's tongue tie and how that could affect the treatment, Dr. Pine said she didn't have one and moved on. That made me uneasy, but I figured he was the expert. Between that first appointment and the next one scheduled 6 months later, I had taken my OTHER daughter to an airway dentist out of town due to her mouth breathing. This dentist was very thorough and was explaining about her palate development and how her tongue tie affects her tongue posture, breathing, etc. SO, I was curious what he had to say about my older daughter that I'd previously taken to Pine.

I scheduled an appt for a second opinion with him. Sure enough, he pointed out my daughter's tongue tie and how it was affecting her bottom teeth and bite. How releasing the tie would relieve that tension, help alleviate mouth breathing (which she does) and benefit whatever orthodontic treatment we decided to go with. Needless to say - I was concerned that Dr. Pine did not have this same knowledge and did not acknowledge that she had a tie in the first place, even when asked. I just didn't feel right continuing treatment with Pine, so I called the office to cancel. Fast forward a month and I got a couple reminders about her Pine appt coming up. I decided to call just to make sure they had truly taken her out of the system.

I didn't want them to think we were a no-show when the time came. The receptionist was very nice as I reminded her that we had canceled the appointment, and she tried to reschedule us. But as soon as I told her we decided to go a different route - she got short with me. Maybe she didn't intend to sound rude, but it definitely came across that way. I understand being upset if someone chooses not to use your business anymore, but customer service should still be top priority - and I was trying to be considerate by making sure my appt was canceled so they had that time slot available for others. Call me names behind my back, that's you're prerogative, but don't be rude to me directly. Just solidified the uneasiness I felt about going there after our first appointment.

As a woman in my 30’s, you can imagine I wasn’t thrilled to find out that I needed to have Invisalign (after already having Braces 20 years ago 😆). Dr.

Pine and his team made this process so smooth and easy! They’re very quick to respond, completely transparent about pricing, and always SO pleasant to talk to. I just finished up with my aligners today and I would 100% recommend this office for any orthodontic needs! Thank you, Pine Orthodontics!!

I can not express how grateful my family is to Pine Orthodontics and specifically Jenna! About 6 hours into our family vacation with another 6-8 to go- my son broke a bracket on his Braces!! As we were driving I called several different orthodontists and even stopped at one before calling Pine. When Jenna answered the phone, she was so willing to help and told us to come right in. Once we got to the office, she immediately saved the day by fixing the bracket, wire and bands and made sure we left with a care kit in case something else happened while on vacation. She explained the procedure to my son, gave him a fidget when he was antsy and was just so kind throughout.

. All of this happened before my own orthodontist office even called us back. If you are ever in need of orthodontics and are looking for a place that employs good people who care about their patients- I highly recommend Jenna and this practice. 💕💕
