I love going to Dr Siragusa he is the best dentist I've ever had. I've been driving over to the peninsula from Virginia Beach for way over 10 years if not more because he is the only dentist I trust. His staff is absolutely awesome they are always kind considerate and friendly and they do an excellent job! I will continue going to see doctor Joe because he is the best!

I am leaving this review in regard to the run around the office staff has caused me . I recently received a second opinion in regard to a filling that Dr. Siragusa did work on that had caused me discomfort. The other dentist recommended that I inform Dr. Siragusa of this so that he could fix this due to having suspected open contact after seeing food getting stuck in the filling.

I called this dentistry and spoke with Darcy the front desk staff, Darcy ( who is not a board certified dentist and who has not examined my tooth) informed me that I would possibly have to get crowns and that due to this filling being in January which she stated “so long ago” I had to send over X-rays from the dentist who I received the second opinion from (who did not do this work) because Dr. Siragusa will not take a look at the filling that he, himself worked on. This is very upsetting because I’ve never been to a dentist that would not fix or even take a look at their own work that they did. Now I’m stuck with discomfort. Update: I spoke to Casey during my second phone call who was kind enough to take my number and have someone call me back to resolve my expressed concerns.

Frances called me back and provided me with great customer service and did not attempt to diagnose my dental concerns with her “own opinions”via phone like the previously mentioned office staff member that was not a doctor. I was able to get my dental concerns resolved and it was a minor fix that did not require crowns. I just wish the first office staff member that I spoke to in my earlier review did not confuse this entire situation with her bias opinions with whatever she communicated to the doctor because I asked multiple times to speak to the doctor or to have her office manager call me back so that I could discuss my dental concerns with them but she would not allow me to or attempt to take a callback number but ironically enough when the doctor was able to see me he was confused to why I did not discuss my concerns with him prior to this review….

Went here for the first time based off the great reviews on google. Well unfortunately I wasn’t even greeted I was told “I’m in the wrong building” when I was in the correct building . Only great experience was with Shawn she was super sweet then the arrogant dentist comes along and wants to tell me how have never been to a dentist and what I eat in a day.

Very arrogant and rude and his gloves smelled horrible not sure if he changes them from mouth to mouth. Would not recommend. But Shawn was phenomenal!

The office staff provides excellent customer service. Dr. Siragusa is great I never experienced any problems after any service. I would definitely recommend.
